Hi everyone.
I hope someone can give me a bit of advice please.
In June 2011 I purchased a pair of Jimmy Choos in the sale over the phone from the shop in Bond street.I havent worn them as yet, only to try on a few times with my outfit for my daughters wedding in Sept 2011.

I tried them on last night as my outfit is now complete to see that the stitching has starting to come apart were the straps join.I am so disappointed :(

Could someone please give me some advice as to what I should do.

Many thanks
:)

potentially in the wrong place, but nevertheless doesn't matter...
As you bought these recently, regardless of sale or not, you are still covered by the Sale of Goods Act with regards to goods being of satisfactory quality, you do however need to check any terms and conditions that you have agreed to regarding delivery, as some companies state in their t & c's that upon delivery, if signed for, you agree that the items are in a satisfactory condition, though you can still argue this with them.
You would be entitled to a full refund provided there is no mention of checking goods upon delivery, yet even if there is, you could still argue the matter and still get a refund :)
