Can anyone help,
i bought my hitachi 42in tv 2yrs ago in june and after 18 months the picture started flickering and then the picture went off completely and not come back on until i left the tv off for a while then will only work for a few minutes.
I couldn`t afford the extended warranty at the time but surely the tv should last longer than that.
I`ve been in touch with Argos from where i bought the tv and was told it wasn`t their problem and to get in touch with Hitachi who said that it wasn`t their problem either but to take it to a hitachi dealer who is over 10 miles away
and he might be able to do something, but i have no transport and the tv company surely should do something, shouldn`t they?
