I recently bought a used scooter from a national dealer, franchised for the make.
After 24 hrs I found it uncomfortable as the ride was harsh and unacceptable.I returned to the shop who agreed to change it.Over a week later nothing suitable was available and I asked to return it and they flatly refused . After some discussion they sent an alternative which was bashed both sides. Checked with their warehouse and found a suitable model I was familiar with.promised to notify me when it came . I rang today to find one of the salesmen had sold it in the absence of the manager.
I can see this going on and on and wonder whether I have any rights to my money back?? How would a small claims court view this .??
