hi i tried martyn lewis but i keep getting abuse so:
I bought from a dealer what was described as a "tested and working" engine and had it fitted to my car by reputable garage, i went to the garage this morning and i am told the engine will not turn over and does not work. the dealer who gives 3 months gauruntee has said i will have to pay the cost of removal and shipping to them and they are at no fault, this would also mean i have to pay to have another engine fitted, do I have any rights?
