we bought a leather 2 seater n 3 seater in june is year and after about 3 days i noticed the arm rest was sagging just where i rest my arm and that it didnt bounce back. i finally got the upholsterer out 2 days ago and all he could do was plump the armrest up and said that was all he could do as these sofas are filled basically with stuff that dont bounce back, oviousely we were not told that we would have to do this when we purchased the sofas. After 2 days the armrest has gone back to sagging again no bounce back.Does any one know where we stand with this complaint. is it a manufacture fault or the shop. The shop is a well advertised one on the tv.
