Found this site today and enjoyed reading some of the threads so far.
I have worked in the retail and customer service sectors previously and have had the 'pleasure' of being a disgruntled customer on several occasions.
I am still shocked by how many retailers lack the understanding of the law and customers rights, especially when they try and wriggle out of their responsibilities.
I am no expert but I in this day and age it really does pay to know your rights.
