I am having problems with Telecoms World PLC I have being trying to port my 0800 number , but they are putting various obstacles in the way such we are awaiting your porting documents from Numberstore even though they have been sent .I have not been able to use our 0800 number for 4 month because Telecoms world cut off our land line without notice. We are still paying the for the 0800 number via direct debit because we don't want to loose ownership of the number.
Can anyone help in terms of how to proceed or recommend a company that we can port our number easily in I am out of contract with Telecoms world,they have no reason to refuse porting and will never recommend them to any small business
