I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse from Lidl which had a 3 year guarantee. The keyboard died about 18 months after I bought it. I took it back to Lidl but they said its nothing to do with them but I should contact the manufacturer whose 3 year warrantee it was. I argued and said the contract was with Lidl as the seller, but he said their time frame for returns is 28 days !! I don't know what to do !! HELP ?!?
