Envirofone lost my Phone

Long story short I sent my phone to Envirofone I was unhappy with the price they offered so i asked for my phone to be returned and it never turned up now Envirofone are saying its been los in the post so there going to send me the £40.70 that i Declined

Somethings Fishy here has anyone got any Advice???

It was up to them to make sure it arrived back safely. If it did not then they owe you the value of the item. You need to show that what they have offered as compensation is below market price.

This is not the price they wanted to buy off you or the price you wanted but the market value.

Debtors retreat
The post office offer a missing items service, go into a post office and collect a form they will then write to the sender to ask for the postage details and may be able to track the parcel, one would assume they would have more intelligence than to send out a phone without some sort of proof of posting :rolleyes:
