A couple of weeks a go I downloaded some routine updates on my phone. Since then I've been having problems with receiving text messages; sometimes they arrive a few minutes late (which I can live with!) to 2-3 hours late or not at all. I've spoken to T-Mobile three times on the phone. The first time they did some trouble shooting and couldn't find a problem but sent me a new sim and said that should sort it. It didn't! The other two times they did some trouble shooting again, it seemed to fix it only to start being late again a few hours later. I'm going to go into a shop today but I was wondering what my rights are with a faulty phone? I rely heavily on text messages and need them to be on time.
