Badly fitted oak front door

In April 2011 I paid a 50% deposit for a solid oak front door. After months of excuses from the company, they eventually fitted it in September. I was unhappy with the finishing (the glass in one door is scratched, there are chips in the door where the fitter dropped it and the door was not opening smoothly). The company deducted the remaining balance from my card anyway, despite my stating that they should not do so until I was happy. Now the door has swollen and will not open at all. The company has not repaired the scratched glass. I have tried for 6 weeks to get the company to fix. Twice they have agreed to come but then not turned up. This cost £3000 so it's a lot of money. What can I do ? I'm really fed up - I've waited long enough for the company to repair but I don't think they have any intention of doing so. Advice welcome !
