I sold a 4 x 4 at the beginning of march, i have had no problems with it was listed and detailed as everything even down to the last scratch, the buyer said he'd pay 3800gbp for it which we agreed the when he paid he stated that all he could get out was 3600gbp, as we needed the truck gone we agreed as didnt have room to store it anymore.
He has now started texting my husband stating that the engine light has come on and that we were aware of this problem, this has NEVER come on before, hus band has ignored him until today after the 10th text and has stated anymore texts or calls we are calling police for harrassent, at which he has come back and stated, I quote "the issue is the vehicle was not good. And you didnt believe me. Informing you is not harassment i have statutory right to complain"
I am disabled and need ans mobility car that is why the truck went, can he take this further??? Even though he paid less than the agreed price, was happy until now, we arent dealers....
