What an offer eh? Think of it! Snow on the ground, covering the trees, Santa's Grotto... Beautiful goods and traditional Christmas Fayre...

BBC NEWS | England | Visitors slam Lapland 'scam'

Is it just me that thinks this is appalling? I particularly enjoyed the organisers comment of "Now we know people just want to see Father Christmas, we'll stick some more on !" Somebody obviously failed to tell him that when you pay £25 per person to visit Santa's grotto in Lapland, you would actually like to see him, as opposed to wait 3 hours in queues...

is there any legislation pertaining to website claims and actual experiences? Surely there are regulations regarding this that this wide boy can be brought up on charges of?

I saw this on the news, there was a poor lady who had forked out £90. It is really terrible.
