I am a full-time wheelchair user and asked Thomson if they could do a holiday for us. It took 12 weeks to make sure my 'must have's' were in place. Here's how the holiday ended up.

The pre-booked seats on the plane weren't booked (outgoing or incoming).
We had to pay for two private taxi transfers to resort as we were told they only held a wheelchair plus 2 others. In fact my taxi held myself (in my wheelchair) plus 14 others.
The accommodation wasn't suitable and the 'must have' wheel-in shower and shower seat and grab rails didn't exist in our apartment or in the whole hotel.
We had to transfer to a different resort after two days.

I wrote to Thomson on our return and they haven't apologised and refuse to give a refund.

Oh, and we paid £2,500 for 1 week because we thought we were paying more to have the adaptations and 'must have's' in place.
