The Bank of England is expected to cut interest rates once again by anything up to 1 per cent.

Some are speculating we could have a 0% rate of interest by June next year.

Good news for home owners on a mortgage, Not so good for the pound according to some folks I heard on the radio who reckoned that confidence in the pound would be so shaken by this, that the government would find raising capital very difficult in the international markets and that this in turn could be storing up future problems.
