Holdiay paid, now asking for more money!

Hello,

Can someone please advise me.

Booked a holiday online and paid in full on credit card. Recieved booking confirmation.

Then recieved an e-mail saying there was an error in the pricing and I now need to pay more.

Can the company do this?

I think that once your payment has been accepted and the booking confirmed, the contract has been finalised but I suggest you check with Trading Standards, nobody has to sell you anything if the advertised price is wrong but if they do, they can't then take it back.
