Hi all,

I bought an LG KE800 from Dial-A-Phone on the 28th August 2007. After about a week and a half, I discovered a problem with it (I think it was the screen that was faulty but I'm not 100% sure). I sent it back and they replaced it with no hassle.

Now in early December 2008 the screen on the replacement has started playing up. I've never damaged it or done anything to stop it working and I think it's a loose cable inside the phone causing the problem. It's now outside the 1 year warranty period offered by the company. I'm sure I had three months free insurance included, and then it was payable per month. I never cancelled it so I assume that the policy still exists (I'll have to check).

Is there any way I could get Dial-A-Phone to replace the phone for me free of charge without involving the insurance company?

Thanks in advance.
