Hi, Please don't buy a new build, mine is only 2 years old and Iv'e had, and still having on going problems, nothing but stress & workmen in and out ( these builders Keepmoat ltd have a customer care team who have been in more than 84 times, most of the DIY jobs are done over and over again,I'm so sick of them what should have been a dream home has turned out to be a nightmare. take a look at some photos on twitter, & flickr.
