How long do banks have to resolve these requests;- i asked in march this year and after months of chasing and lost forms their end and incorrect data put on their system told today been refused 4 different versions of which all have contradicted themselves.
Despite promises for past three months told i would be given a refund upon receipt of the forms. Which they have had and lost..
incorrect dates and excuses as to why i no cant have a refund
1. wrong date entered on their letter which was out by one month
2. never said that at all
3. its for me and the supplier to sort out
4. refused out of time in claiming insist they are correct with dates which they had agreed the dates i said.

is it just me or am i the only one to have been given the run around by these idiots.
