Hi

I am looking for some advise as I have recently bourght a new kitchen but was delivered the wrong size units, when contacted the retailer they said they would order a replacement which they did.

When the new order arrived the delivery driver said they do not take any orders back, so i have a new kitchen in my garage and it has been there for 6 weeks. I have contacted the retailer and they said they have to pick it uo but have heard nothing.

What processes shall I go through next?

Any help would be gratefully received as just want my garage space back and kitchen taken back.

Thanks

Write to the retailer and tell them that they have 10 days to remove the kitchen and if they do not you will dispose of it yourself and that they will be responsible for any costs incurred in doing that.

If you can sell it, do that and keep the money.

Is this a serious suggestion? I have also had some problems in a similar situation, but I would be worried about just getting rid of it, as what if they don't pay?
