Argos - Still no refund!

Hi,

Am hoping someone can help me on this! I've had a really bad experience with Argos, I brought a dressing table at the beginning of Feb on a 28 day delivery. It took them no less than 4 months to deliver the item with barely any contact or a sorry and then when it finally did arrive, it was so faulty it couldn't even be put together!

I called them and arrange a return, they picked the item up on the 29th May and they still have not issued me a refund. I've contacted them several times and be fobbed off with, it can take up to 7 working days. It's been a lot longer than that now and I still haven't got my money back.

What can I do? So frustrated!!

Welcome to the Argos dissatisfied customer club!

Formal complaint to their head office I'm afraid, you may get your refund before they deal with it but their customer service charter is non existent.
