Not sure if this has been covered before but here goes.
For over 9 months now the area I live in has suffered repeated service outages lasting days at a time due to problems with a mast, causing considerable inconvenience to both personal and business users alike. The Telco has tried repeatedly but failed to resolve the issue and every time we complain we get our bills waived but are now getting totally fed up with these outages. My question is with 9 months left on my contract can I cancel without penalty citing their failure to provide an adequate service under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982?
