Builder issues

Hi, I've been having my bathroom walls and floor tiled, and as to date this has taken 3 weeks (the bathroom is only small). During this time the builder has broken the sink, which I have replaced, flooded my neighbours twice, put a shower panel in the wrong place, so that the water has streamed out the bottom, and now has made a dent in the bath which can only be mended by replacement. Also some of the grouting work isn't great, and he has also broken a lot of tiles and needed 70kg adhesive.....What kind of compensation should I be seeking? I don't wish to be unfair, but nor do I wish to be out of pocket from poor workmanship so am reluctant to pay the full amount of the final bill. Any advice would be great.
