Ripped off at Asda

i bought an Xbox 360 game in Asad superstore in Irvine ,Ayrshire Scotland......it was in a security tagged sealed box.
when i got it home and opended it there was no game disc inside. i returned to Asda and they said there was nothing they could do about it? any ideas on what i can do? please and thanks

I would contact Asda head office, provided you've kept the box and receipt and possibly the manufacturer. Hope you get somewhere with it, so frustrating!

Definately the best option. I have had to return items to Asda in the past and they have been fairly good. As Nickisue said contacting the head office is probably going to be the best option. if not make a formal complaint and im sure it will resolve things.
