Do you know mobiles.co.uk which sell mobilephone at the web site?
I came to UK from Soth Korea 2 month ago for study. I need mobilephone so I ordered Samsung-galaxy note in mobiles. However the delivery has not been transacted for 2 weeks without any notice and I coudn't help canceling it.
Fortunately mobiles sent me a letter of cancelation.
But the situation has not ended up like this.
Mobiles delivered a mobilephone I have ordered but canceled to me 3 weeks since cancelation without any notice.
I was surprised and embarrased with this delivery so asked them.
They said sorry but did not any action for me. The parcel has been my house 2 weeks since delivery.
No one answered my call although I called over 10 times the number they informed me.
I feel more upset to experience this two-faced salesing way in UK many people think it as a developed country.
What should I do now?
