Problems with DFS

We purchased 2 cuddle chairs from DFS 1 with a docking station. Had to request a call out with 2 weeks as the docking station was not working. Had to wait over 2 weeks as there was no other jobs in my area. During this time we noticed that there is a tear on both. Where they had cut the fabric to go round the fixed cushion. And were getting worse with sitting on them & also where the docking station is meant to be on the other one there is a dip in the fabric.they haven't filled the hole with anything. We have now been waiting over 4 weeks for both to be uplifted. Have been promised every week it will be the following was now told again on Friday the new fabric won't be in till next Thursday & to note they are only recovering one ! Am intitled to a refund ?
