Hi I have recently brought a toshiba 3d led tv online I brought 2 to begin with but then decided to cancel the one but the online store sent me 2 by mistake what consumer rights do I have?
None, it doesn't count as unsolicited goods because you placed the order, you could hang onto it and see if they realised their mistake and asked for it back or you could do the decent thing and ask them to come and collect it.
What would you be posting on here if they had just kept your money and not sent you anything at all...you'd be calling them thieves...am I right?
