Non receipt of goods & no response from Company

I ordered & monies were collected on the 10th December printer cartridges.

I haven't received the goods. The company is not responding to my emails. WHat rights do I have to demand a refund please?:(

Was a delivery date stated in the terms? if not, the default is thirty days?

If you cannot contact the trader it might be easier to make a claim with your debit card provider or your credit card provider. See:

Note there is a £100 minimum with credit cards but none with Visa.
