Good morning I have got. A blackberry torch on contract I have had it 5 months it has started to freeze got to SOS only so I have to turn my phone off then on again for it to return to normal and it has told me to do a important update now 3 times and when done it has took me right back to a new phone welcoming me and wiping all my blackberry contacts off would I be in my right to cancel or ask for a new contract with these faults please help x thank you

Have you spoken to your supplier? the phone does form part of the contract and they are obliged to provide a working phone, you cannot cancel the contract as they are not in breach of contract if you have not told them it is broken (or fault free).

Get in touch with them and see what they say, if you are not happy with their response, please come back and let us know.
