I predict a problem!!!!!

Hello,

Can anyone offer me advice on a POTENTIAL problem with LG?
I purchased an LG TV on 27/3/12 - so its only days away from the 12 month guarantee being "up".

During January the TV developed a fault - it switches itself off automatically!
This is really weird - we have timed when / how long etc etc but there is no pattern. I reported the fault & Martin Dawes are currently testing it.......but, you guessed it there engineer can find no fault.

Consequently I predict a problem. If they cant replicate the problem then how do I stand for getting it repaired or replaced?

the fault has been reported to the original retailers & LG.

Your thoughts would be appreciated!

Search the web, or search this forum because I'm sure I've seen other posts on this problem with LG tv's. Guarantee doesn't actually make any difference asvunder SOGA you would be covered for a longer period.
