I have been given t he total run around by this company from start to finish.
The rates they have are outrageous, they claim to be cheapest, never beaten on price or terms when in actual fact many other lenders are considerably cheaper. I advise you to please shop around for the best deal and really understand the terms/ conditions before signing with them.
I also posted a negative review on the review site they use (the review center) and they took it down!!! I have since read that the review center are notorious for allowing companies to take negative posts. I ask you, what is the point in having feedback if you can't leave anything negative. There is something seriously fishy with this company.
Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare, they offered me no flexibility when falling on tougher times and just went straight out to collect my car. All I asked them to do was reduce my monthly payments by a mere £50!
