I've noticed a few rogue traders mentioned online, but not that many in Cardiff, although I know there are plenty of rogue tradesmen and builders who are ripping people off in Cardiff, so I wanted to get the ball rolling by naming and shaming one:
Edward Lubarsky - aka Eddie as he doesn't like to reveal a surname to most people. His company is Lubarsky Cardiff Limited and he trades from Tremorfa in Cardiff.
He does work in people's houses and gardens, but always tends to do a botch job and then refuses to fix the problem and ignores people's calls for help.
Two members of my family have fallen victim to his poor workmanship and he won't fix the problems for either of them - despite one of the issues being dangerous. He is an appalling workman and should be brought to justice.
