Hi I signed for a garden lodge at a fair for £7000, paid a £600 deposit then came to my senses the following morning. They didn't go through the cancellation policy with me at the time but the contract does state they will charge £100 admin fee if I cancelled within 7 days. I know I have some protection under the distance selling rights as they were selling away from the main business but can they charge me this admin fee?
