The childrenswear company Adams is the latest business to face going into administration. The BBC is reporting that PriceWaterhouseCoopers are likely to be appointed to administer the firm until a buyer can be found. Adams employs 2000 people, who are presumably now facing a worrying and uncertain time.

I hope, like Whittards and the Officers Club, that they can find a buyer.

I just feel so sorry for all the people who face an uncertain time at this time of the year.
