Happy new year everybody... I think it is going to be a difficult year for many with the economic downturn and consumers will need to be more attentive than ever.

I agree Tony, I think with every penny counting more and more for everybody, that consumer advice and help will be very much to the fore over the coming year and beyond.

I do hope that consumers being better informed and more vigilant will minimise the impacts of any downturn.
