i puchased a dog coat from the onlinepetstore which ended up being much too small so i asked for a refund they kept promising but three months later im still waiting, someone sugested debit back so i will try this or take them to court, i would not advise purchasing from this company as i found too late several reveiws like mine, (avoid them)
