kitchen delivery nightmares

where do I stand? the "contract" says delivery within in 28 days. the company says that they only count working days to make up the 28. I am now waiting on the fourth re-delivery of broken and missing parts from this company. I have no kitchen that can be used and the bits are key parts holding up the build of the new one.
it's an internet based company called Lancashire interior designs who specialise in flat pack kitchens. you can be on the phone for up to 60 minutes getting through to customer services who are generally quite unhelpful. I keep getting told there are "no deliveries scheduled for my area" so I have to wait to get my replacement bits. what this means is they have no new sales deliveries to make to my area and are just tagging on the replacement delivery at the same time. Why can they not be forced to schedule a delivery to me in my own right??? so now waiting for 2 weeks for the next delivery. its an unacceptable level of service. if you are thinking about buying a new kitchen... avoid this company.
