Hello,

My wife booked the wrong holiday park to the one I wanted her to book. It's a Haven/Park Holiday type place.

My question is does the distance selling regulations apply so we've got 7 days to cancel the booking?

I've read some bits online and some suggest as it's accommodation the it won't apply so we can't change it - but it's not 100% clear.

Any guidance gratefully received.

No, sadly the DSR specifically excludes accommodation, not sure why tho!

Has she booked with a different company or just a different park as they may be willing to change the location for you (possibly for a fee)
