talktalk bad broadband connection and customer services!

I've report a fault in my broadband connection two months ago, after 4 engineers visit still the same fault is there. They've even charged me £50 which they never told me. After numerous calls to their managers outside UK and backbiting me and laughing at me when i told to the manager i want to make a complain at U.
Do i've to pay even for those two months which i didn't receive good service coz i couldn't do my study-works for the college.
