I urgently require advice
I did a part x on a car and to cut a long story short the new cars osr bake caliper was seized. (Of which I did not know and was not informed) Subsequently the hand brake failed, the car rolled down a hill, hit a wall and caused £600 worth of damage. I've had the car 8 days. And done 200 or so miles
What rights do I have?
Also the dealer informed me before trade, "all cars are serviced before sale"
