Hi guys,

Our boiler went down around the same time last year and we had a new PCB board fitted. It's now got the exact same fault nearly a year on. My question is, if the same part has failed again would it be covered by any sort of warranty?

Could really do without paying again... Cost me £300 last year .

Thanks

Does nobody know where I stand with this one? I've tried ringing the guy but he seems busy at the moment

Cheers

Debtors retreat
Any new part is covered by the Sale Of Goods Act and so should be repaired free of charge, you will need to get hold of the original e ngineer and give him the Opportunity to repair it though if he doesn't you can get Someone else to do it a nd charge him
