Major problems at The Range

I have paid for some bedroom furniture at The Range on line store,
But it has now been 5 weeks and i have been unable to contact the customer services as they do not reply to emails and the phone just rings and rings.
i have been on thier face book page and they have a lot of unhappy customers with the same problem.
can anyone advise how i can get my money refunded as i cannot get in touch with them.
they should be investigated:(

if you paid by credit card not a problem. get in touch with your card company.they will sort it out with supplier . or they have to repay you if goods not received
