Can anyone offer any advice on whether its best to open a child savings account or an ISA for my daughter, she is two this year so I want to get saving asap. I am looking to use the money to give to her at birthdays and possibly a little bit towards university etc. But I'm not sure I understand what account would be the best value for her money.
