Faulty bed

Please advise what I can do purchased a silentnight bed through Sainsburys when it arrived the base was creaking so advised Sainsburys who organised a replacement. Which didn't turn up when it was suppost to so had to chase it when it did turn up it was broken so had to contact them again and it was replaced. When the 3rd bed arrived it was broken again now sainsburys are saying we must of done something to it and have been chasing them for 2 weeks now and still not getting anywhere not sure what to do next. Any advise would be welcome

You said you replaced that bed 3rd time and it remains faulty. That's means, they are not providing good customer services to you. I recommend you to, contact them and again ask them for replacement or else the only option is to go with another company. I faced these kind of problems, if first time their services are not satisfactory mean they are doing same thing with you. So it's best for you to go with another company.
