I am looking for help please
My mother aged 78yrs young paid cash for a bed in aug was told it would be delivered within 3weeks which seems fine but they then cancelled that delivery (no reason given) and they said it would be delivered Friday just gone before 6pm
So we removed as advised her old bed and she waited Friday ---- no bed she called them but got no reply so called today and was passed from pillar to post but was finally called back after an hour and told they would get back to her MONDAY !! Am I being unreasonable in this she has a put me up bed to sleep on now she has just had a hip replacement and still has no delivery booked from them
What are our rights as they said if she has a refund she will loose £100 but why I ask
