I just realised that I made my first post asking for advice without introducing myself. How rude!
I live in South West England and like to think that I have quite good knowledge of consumer law - I worked in customer services and have also been a manager of leisure facilities before deciding to put the stress behind me and get a desk job!
Unfortunately for me I'm the one who the family pick up the phone to when they need advice....
I've joined up here as I've realised that I have a gap in my knowledge!
