Have a toshibia tv that brought from comet also paid £80:00 for extended warranty which was with mastercare, tv is starting to play up and needs looking at as its faulty so phoned master care up and spoke to lee James and what an ignorant rude horrible person he was got absoulaty no where asked to speak to a manager he refused to put me through, what did I pay the £80:00 for so I now am left with a faulty tv
