I purchased a Sony Camera from Curry's late July 2014. There was Sony CASHBACK of £30. I filled out the form and posted it along with my original receipt as requested on 1st August 2104 (Recodered Delivery). It is now 11th November 2014 and Sony promise after promise have never paid the Cashback Or returned the original receipt. I have rang lots of times, emailed the my Case ID but they just keep replying we will look into it. They have already asked 3 times for my bank details. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID SONY CASHBACK SCHEMES. I tweet Sony UK every day with the number of days it's been they have avoided paying what they offered. Apparently over 60% of customers over the summer have not been paid by Sony. I was informed of this by a Sony member of staff. SONY DON'T ADVERTISE CASHBACK IF YOUR NOT WILLING TO HOUNOR IT.
I also never got back my Original Receipt.
