ordered £2500+ pounds worth of Neff appliances from a local kitchen / bathroom showroom supplier and Neff agent After seeing a flush mounted ceiling extracted fans in the showroom we ordered one at a cost of approx of £984.
3 days later the builder opened the box without even opening the packaging inside and said there is no way that it would fit due to the large box extracter fan which was invisible to us in the showroom and required 300mm of ceiling space above the fan . Returned the fan planning to order another Neff extractor which would fit to be told there would be a 20% charge for this close onto £200 pounds. For me shocking customer service
Question is there anything I can do . Supplier has offered £30 pounds off but they need to pay Neff the approx 3200 for the return

any advice appreciated
