Hi Folks. Require some urgent help.
I required some storage for my work at home so I found a company who build Pre Fab Garages, and deliver and install them. I found one and was told I would need a concrete base put in for them to build it on. I agreed the price with them, paid my deposit and ordered the garage. I then found a local builder to put the concrete base in for me at a cost of £1500 which was completed weeks ago.
The garage was due to be delivered and installed THIS Monday, however I got an email this morning from their sales manager saying she had made a mistale with the pricing and basically I am due them an extra £570 or they can cancel the order and refund me. Where do I stand with this, I spent £1500 on a base built to the size of the garage I had agreed a price on, ordered and paid a deposit. On top of that I have a lorry load of deliveries coming in a week's time that was to be stored in this garage.
Absolutely fuming!
